Scott is the Chief Revenue Officer at The Bowdoin Group, where he directs long-term strategy around Bowdoin’s sales initiatives and go-to-market approach.
Prior to Bowdoin, Scott was the Vice President of Sales at Radius Worldwide (formerly High Street Partners) where he helped build the global growth firm from a small start-up to a Private Equity backed company with nearly 1,000 employees. Before Radius, Scott was Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Interliant, where he completed 28 acquisitions in just three years, and helped the infrastructure solutions company to its IPO.
Scott sits on the Board of Trustees at uAspire, a non-profit focused on college access regardless of a family’s financial resources or college experience. He holds a BS from Babson College.
In his spare time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He also spends way too much time at local rinks playing and coaching hockey, as well as cheering for his hometown Bruins.
Karen is the Chief Operating Officer at The Bowdoin Group, where she is responsible for driving operational excellence, customer success and employee engagement, while scaling the business to support continued growth.
Prior to Bowdoin, Karen was Vice President, Sales Strategy and Global Operations at Pegasystems Inc. Karen also spent 13 years at Boston Communications Group, as Chief Financial Officer and Human Resources Executive, where she helped grow the company from a start-up to a publicly held enterprise. Karen holds a BA in Accounting from Boston College.
Karen currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Boston College Technology & Entrepreneurship Council and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Boston Collegiate Charter School. Karen has also been involved in several non-profit initiatives, including co-chairing events to raise funds for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and providing program support to Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business Graduate Career Center. Karen is an outdoor enthusiast who loves to bicycle and ski, often in far-flung places!
Dillon is the Research and Operations Manager at The Bowdoin Group, where he is responsible for managing the company’s research and data team, ensuring the application of a targeted research strategy to identify candidates whose backgrounds are a strong match for our clients’ needs.
Dillon joined Bowdoin as one of the company’s first Research Associates and worked on candidate sourcing, logistics, and market research for retained searches and projects. During Dillon’s time at Bowdoin, he has grown the research and operations function into a dedicated team to support our recruiting deliverables. Dillon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University.
Dillon is a founding member of the Bowdoin Cares team and takes pride in driving a positive and inclusive culture at Bowdoin. He also participates in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts program and volunteers at Nativity Preparatory School.
Justin is the Vice President, BioPharma Practice Leader at The Bowdoin Group. He partners with clients to find high impact professionals as well as focusing on large-scale biotech team build-outs, enabling firms to rapidly introduce products to market.
Prior to Bowdoin, Justin was an Executive Recruiter at Darwin Partners, and before that a Data Analyst with the Drug Enforcement Administration. Justin holds a BS in Business Management from Providence College.
Justin is married with three children and is actively involved in Rettsyndrome.org where he is the co-chair for the annual Cape Cod Strollathon. Justin is also an avid CrossFit athlete and a little league coach for his town’s team.
Josh is the Vice President, HealthTech and Digital Health at The Bowdoin Group, where he works with top-tier companies that are trying to solve the biggest issues facing BioPharma, Provider, and Health Plan organizations.
Prior to Bowdoin, Josh was a Sales Representative at Progressive Insurance, managing a territory of over 400 independent agents in the New England area. He holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University.
Josh participates in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts program and volunteers at Nativity Preparatory School. He has a passion for helping to grow companies and people’s careers and is an avid Cleveland sports fan. He has also had lunch with investment mogul Warren Buffett.
Beverly is a Director, Strategic Accounts at The Bowdoin Group, where she is a principal member in our BioPharma practice. Beverly brings over 20 years of successful recruiting experience and has developed strong relationships within the biotechnology, diagnostics, and medical device space.
Prior to Bowdoin, Beverly was a top producer at Carter Mackay, where she specialized in staffing for the R&D, engineering, and medical device space. Beverly holds a BA from Indiana State University.
Residing in Mahwah, NJ, Beverly participates in a community based outreach group that is involved in a wide range of ongoing service programs and special projects to assist those who are in need. She also sings weekly in an adult contemporary ensemble supported by a full rock and roll band at her church.
Paul is the the Vice President of Software and Technology at The Bowdoin Group. Paul focuses on helping rapidly growing software companies hire the right senior level executives and then works with those executives to build out their teams.
Prior to Bowdoin, Paul served as Founder and Managing Director of Open Solutions, a boutique technology search firm and was a top producer at Carter MacKay. Paul holds a BA in Marketing with a Minor in Business Information Systems from Roger Williams University.
Paul is married with two sons and is an active member of his community. He served as President for a local youth basketball program for five years and was a member of his town’s finance committee in addition to sitting on the board for the Massachusetts Association of Personnel Services. Paul is also actively involved with YearUp as a volunteer and a mentor.
Katelyn is a Director of Strategic Accounts at The Bowdoin Group, and is responsible for managing key accounts within our Digital Health practice. Katelyn works with leading providers of data, research, analytics, software, technology and consulting services to hire top-notch industry talent.
Prior to Bowdoin, Katelyn spent six years in the Wealth Management space as a Financial Advisor/Sales Consultant with an affiliate of John Hancock. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Sociology from Boston College.
Katelyn is involved in various fundraising activities for the Make-A-Wish foundation and The Brain Tumor society. She lives in Marshfield with her husband and three sons, Nicolas, Max, and Brody.
Dave is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Bowdoin Group. Since starting Bowdoin in 1994 in a small windowless office in Wellesley, MA, Dave has been focused on providing superior service through a strategic business approach, exceptional industry expertise, and an obsessive pursuit of excellence. With over 30 years of experience, Dave leads Bowdoin’s strategic planning initiatives and is involved as a key resource for Bowdoin’s growing client base.
Prior to founding Bowdoin, Dave worked for Procter and Gamble and also held various roles in the staffing industry. Dave holds a BA in Government from Bowdoin College.
Dave resides in Dover with his wife, two daughters and two dogs. In addition to spending time with his family, Dave finds running long distances fun and has competed in two Boston Marathons. Dave is also very committed to community service and has spent time in Haiti and Louisiana, helping in the aftermath of their hurricanes. Dave is a Big Brother and sits on the Board of Trustees for the Saint Boniface Haiti Foundation, as well as the Board of Directors for Life Science Cares. He also previously served on the Board of Trustees for Nativity Preparatory School Boston and acted as chair of his town’s Warrant and Capital Budget Committees.
Lindsey is the Director, Operations and Client Engagement at The Bowdoin Group, where she leads the delivery practice across all of Bowdoin’s industry verticals. Lindsey is also responsible for project managing all large-scale and complex national RPO projects . Lindsey also plays a key role in mentoring and developing our delivery team.
Prior to Bowdoin, Lindsey worked at FactSet Research Systems, where she held numerous roles from Consultant to Regional Consulting Director. Lindsey holds a BS in Quantitative Economics from Providence College and a MBA in Leadership and Organizational Transformation from Boston University.
Lindsey lives in Wenham and enjoys spending time with her family, in addition to staying active and enjoying the outdoors.
Tom is the Vice President, Financial Services at The Bowdoin Group. Tom specializes in identifying and placing exceptional professionals in capital markets, investment management, and financial technology.
Prior to Bowdoin, Tom worked in institutional sales and private banking at UBS and Tucker Anthony in New York. His clients included institutional investment managers, pension funds, regional banks, and high-net worth investors. He has also held several securities licenses, including the Series 7 and 63. Tom holds a BA in History from Trinity College.
Tom lives in Medfield, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, in addition to golfing and fly fishing.
Jim is the Vice President, Technology at The Bowdoin Group. He is responsible for developing and managing our client relationships and executive searches at financial software and data solutions companies across the US.
Prior to Bowdoin, Jim was a Sales Executive at Harbour Capital, a corporate financing and leasing solutions firm. Jim holds a BA in Communications from the University of New Hampshire.
Jim enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, running, snowboarding and listening to live music. He is a TV and film aficionado and would gladly go toe-to-toe with anyone when it comes to trivia and quotable lines.
Scott is the Vice President, Financial Services at The Bowdoin Group, bringing over 25 years of industry experience with a proven track record of executive search consulting and strategic hiring planning. He focuses on the Financial Services and FinTech markets, partnering with influencers in the innovation economy to identify growth opportunities in Boston and nationally.
Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, Scott was a senior member of the Global Talent Acquisition Team for Gartner, a world leader in research and advisory services. Scott joined Gartner after founding two executive search firms, including 75 Search Partners, which became the leading financial services executive search boutique in Boston. Scott co-led the sale of 75 Search Partners to Heidrick & Struggles, and continued on as a Partner and Executive Search Consultant at the global firm.
Scott holds a BA in English and American Literature from Harvard University.
Sean is a Partner at The Bowdoin Group, where he created and now manages our Digital Health and FinTech practices. Bringing over 20 years of experience, Sean is responsible for working extensively with clients and advising their talent acquisition strategy, large hiring projects, and executive searches. Additionally, Sean is focused on establishing relationships with local investors to facilitate growth and a more connected community.
Prior to Bowdoin, Sean was an Account Executive for Verizon. Sean holds a BS in Psychology from St. Anselm College.
Sean is married with three kids. An active member of his local community, Sean serves on the board of The McCourt Foundation, which raises funds for research and treatments of Multiple Sclerosis and Alzheimer’s diseases. Sean is a huge Boston sports fan and enjoys coaching his kid’s soccer games in addition to being an avid runner.
