Olivia Bigay

Olivia joined The Bowdoin Group as an Associate in July 2021, grew to a Senior Associate in January 2023, and was promoted to Consultant in July of 2023. In this role, she supports search teams across the candidate lifecycle with target pool research, candidate sourcing, and data aggregation. Her responsibilities also include providing detailed reporting for our clients to help provide insight into overall progress across our searches.

Olivia graduated from Colby College with a B.A. in Global Studies, and concentrations in Human Rights, Social Justice, and Public Health. In her free time, Olivia loves spending time outdoors and exploring Boston with her friends, family, and dogs.
