Abbe Nasshan

Abbe joined The Bowdoin Group as a Senior Consultant in September 2022, and was promoted to Principal in July of 2023. She is responsible for developing and building relationships with clients and candidates across our healthcare vertical and managing them through the entire recruitment process. Prior to The Bowdoin Group, Abbe held roles in Executive Search at Perspective Group and Russell Reynolds in their healthcare and life sciences practice. Earlier in her career, Abbe worked in non-profit roles at Health Leads and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health where she focused on Board of Director management and fundraising for initiatives centered on women’s and maternal health and Social Determinants of Health. 

She has an MS in nonprofit management and leadership from Northeastern University and BA from Smith College. In her free time, Abbe enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and Australian Cattle Dog on her 8-acre homestead in Plympton, MA.
