Bio

For more than 15 years, Katelyn has advised digital and technology-enabled healthcare companies and led over 300 executive search engagements at the Board, CxO, and senior leadership levels across Health Tech, Women’s Health, Healthcare Services, and Diagnostics.

Throughout her career, she has partnered with founders, investors, boards, and CEOs to design organizations and build leadership teams that drive high growth, profitability, and transformative scale, delivering strong MOIC for stakeholders.

As Managing Director of The Bowdoin Group’s Healthcare Practice, Katelyn ensures that lender and sponsor clients, along with their portfolio companies, benefit from Bowdoin’s deep domain expertise and proven search partnerships. She works closely with innovative healthcare organizations to build executive teams that advance care delivery and accelerate growth.

Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from Boston College. She lives in Marshfield, Massachusetts with her husband and their three sons, Nicolas, Max, and Brody.
