Kaye Stradal

Bio

Kaye joined the Bowdoin group as a Senior Associate in 2021, and was promoted to Project Manager in January 2023. In this role, she provides research and logistical support for the firm’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division.

Previously, Kaye worked for seven years at Isaacson, Miller, a national executive search firm dedicated to recruiting outstanding leadership for mission-driven organizations, where she held roles in both search administration and marketing and business development.

Kaye earned an MA in International Relations and Religion from Boston University and a BA in Comparative Religion from the University of Michigan. In her spare time, she enjoys painting, drawing, and playing the violin.
