Caroline is a dedicated Talent Acquisition Consultant with over six years of experience recruiting in the biopharmaceutical industry, with particular expertise in the novel cell and gene therapy space. She combines her deep network and passion for relationship building to form partnerships, advance careers, and build top-quality teams one conversation at a time.

As a search consultant, Caroline is passionate about partnering with clients and hiring teams to disrupt “business as usual” recruitment to attract the best talent and create diverse, inclusive, and equitable organizations.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her two pups, going on adventures throughout New England; running, hiking, snowboarding or kayaking and spending time at her family home on the Maine coast.
