Dillon Bonner

Bio

As the Senior Director, Client Solutions at Bowdoin, Dillon is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading client projects from start to finish within the RPO team. On client engagements, Dillon owns properly staffing all projects and shifting resources as needed to ensure all deadlines are met. Dillon keeps clear communication with senior management both internally and externally and acts as the main point of contact for the duration of all assigned projects. Utilizing his excellent organizational skills, Dillon manages multiple projects simultaneously and provides status updates at any given time through standardized reports and close communication with all team members. In addition to managing internal resources on his client engagements, Dillon manages a team of Project Managers and Senior Associates.

Dillon started at Bowdoin in 2011 as one of the company’s first Research Associates. Prior to Bowdoin, Dillon worked as a Researcher at a legal research firm in Portland, Maine. Dillon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, Canada.

Dillon lives just south of Portland, Maine with his wife Lauren, daughter Ellie, and dog Henley!
