Matt is a Senior Consultant at The Bowdoin Group, where he leads executive searches across the Life Science ecosystem. His work is focused on early-stage biotech companies navigating critical inflection points, partnering with board members and C-suite leaders to place key talent at their organizations.
Matt brings a strategic, consultative approach to every search. He works closely with leadership to understand the broader business context behind each hire, ensuring alignment between talent and long-term company goals. His ability to navigate complex searches and assess talent allows him to deliver candidates who can operate with impact from day one.
Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, Matt worked in executive search at Park Square Executive Search, supporting clients across Life Sciences, Technology, and Higher Education.
He earned his degree in Economics from Villanova University. Outside of work, Matt enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Boston Celtics.
