Bio
Alicia brings over 20 years of experience across healthcare and life sciences, with a career focused on driving growth within organizations. She is passionate about partnering with companies developing patient-centric solutions, using recruiting to connect the right talent to meaningful impact.
Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, Alicia led full life cycle recruiting and account management at Compass Consulting Group, where she specialized in contingency search. Earlier in her career, she held key account management roles at Novartis, EMD Serono, and Sciton, Inc., building deep experience across commercial healthcare environments. She also spent several years within a specialty medical practice, where she focused on practice expansion, patient experience, and patient advocacy.
Alicia earned her BA from Mount Holyoke College. She lives in the Burlington, Vermont area with her family, and outside of work, you can find her skiing in the Vermont mountains or cheering on her children as they sail in the Vineyard Sound.
