We have engaged Quantum Power Skills (QPS), a diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting firm to build a strategic and tactical framework for Bowdoin that includes cross-cultural dexterity training; executive coaching; workforce representation guidelines, and workplace diversity initiatives; business development solutions and quantitative success metrics.
In addition to providing insight into our strategy, QPS delivers crucial training to our firm. Training topics include unconscious and conscious bias, racial and gender equality and discrimination, cultural diversity, workforce diversity, the responsibility of being an equal opportunity employer (EEO), etc.
