September 16, 2021 – In its largest hiring spree in the more than 25-year history of the firm, The Bowdoin Group has added nine new hires, including a director of marketing, to its team. Lauren Kendall, the new director of marketing, joins the firm from T3 Advisors, where she was senior marketing director. The other additions include two senior consultants, a consultant and five associates to support the Boston-based firm’s forecasted strong growth for the rest of 2021 and into 2022.
Ms. Kendall brings over 15 years of professional services and life science experience with a proven track record of service-based marketing leadership to the firm. At T3 Advisors, she spearheaded the digital marketing strategy while establishing the firm as a prominent player in commercial real estate. In addition to her marketing pedigree, she has a degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of New York City, with over 10 years of creative design consulting experience. “With The Bowdoin Group’s reputation and industry impact, I am excited to be joining the team,” said Ms. Kendall. “The firm leads with its close partnerships and specialized research, and my goal is to expand The Bowdoin Group’s visibility in the market, and increase the firm’s partnerships with companies who are creating impact and delivering cutting-edge innovations.”
The Next Phase of Growth
Adding to the firm’s recruiting and research divisions are senior consultants Alicia McNeill and Victoria Forema and consultant Ryan Haury.
