WALTHAM, Mass., February 2, 2021 – The Bowdoin Group, an award winning executive search firm with deep expertise in leadership search and strategic company build-outs for growth-stage organizations, announced today that they have won both the Best of Staffing Client and Talent Diamond Awards for providing superior service to their clients and candidates for at least five consecutive years.

The Bowdoin Group received a Net Promoter® Score of 94 from candidates (compared to the staffing industry’s average of 18 in 2020) and an NPS® Score of 77 from clients (compared to last year’s industry average of 28).
This is the third year in a row that The Bowdoin Group is receiving both of ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing Client and Talent Diamond Awards concurrently, and the eighth straight year winning both ClearlyRated’s Best of Staffing Awards for Client and Talent. With fewer than 2% of all executive search and recruiting firms in the U.S. and Canada earning the Best of Staffing Award, the firm continues to provide world-class services to both clients and candidates.
