Victoria Foreman is a Principal at The Bowdoin Group, bringing more than a decade of experience across healthcare and life sciences. In her role, she leads team build engagements, partnering with clients to design and execute hiring strategies that support critical growth inflection points. Known for her organization and thoughtful approach, Victoria drives alignment across stakeholders and ensures a high-quality, consistent experience as teams scale. She is also a trusted mentor within the firm, supporting the development of team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Prior to joining Bowdoin, Victoria was a Recruiting Lead at Mix Talent, where she partnered with preclinical and early-stage life sciences companies to support their talent acquisition strategies. Earlier in her career, she served as an Account Manager at CoverMyMeds, working with pharmaceutical companies on prior authorization strategy, and began her career at The Advisory Board Company in a sales role within its healthcare consulting and technology division.
Victoria earned her Bachelor’s degree in English Studies from Colgate University, where she was a member of the field hockey team. In her free time, she enjoys working out, coaching lacrosse, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
