Olivia is a Senior Consultant at The Bowdoin Group, where she leads executive and senior-level searches across life sciences and healthcare. She partners closely with executive teams to ensure searches run smoothly and result in the right hire. Olivis brings a thoughtful, strategic perspective and a clear ability to articulate trade-offs throughout the process.
Having started her career at Bowdoin in a research role, Olivia brings a strong foundation in market mapping and talent identification. This experience informs her ability to build highly targeted candidate pools and align talent with each client’s broader business priorities. She is known for her thoughtfulness, strategic approach, and for translating data into clear, actionable insights that give clients visibility into search progress and market dynamics.
Olivia earned her B.A. in Global Studies from Colby College, with concentrations in Human Rights, Social Justice, and Public Health. She is based in New York City and, outside of work, enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring the city with friends, family, and her dogs.
