Lucy is a Research Consultant at The Bowdoin Group, where she plays a key role in supporting search execution through thoughtful market insight and rigorous talent mapping. Known for her strong attention to detail and organizational discipline, she brings structure and clarity to each stage of the search process.
She partners closely with search teams to build targeted talent pools, surface relevant market intelligence, and track progress in a way that keeps both internal teams and clients aligned. Lucy is particularly effective in nuanced markets, where she goes above and beyond to uncover hard-to-reach talent and deliver insights that help guide search strategy and decision-making.
Prior to The Bowdoin Group, Lucy worked in Life Sciences recruitment at EPM Scientific, supporting Boston-based clients within Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device spaces.
Lucy graduated from Wake Forest University where she earned a B.A. in Psychology, with minors in Sociology and Statistics. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring Boston’s growing dining scene, and finding new spots for live music.
