Bio

Lindsey Potvin is a Partner of Client Solutions at The Bowdoin Group, where she plays a central role in shaping how the firm delivers for clients across healthcare and life sciences. She operates at both a strategic and operational level, helping define go-to-market approach, delivery standards, and how the firm scales alongside its clients. 

With over 20 years of experience, Lindsey leads complex engagements spanning executive search and multi-hire team builds, partnering with leadership teams to align talent strategy with critical business priorities. Her work is focused on building leadership teams and organizational infrastructure that enable growth, particularly within high-growth and evolving life sciences companies. 

Known for bringing structure and clarity to complex hiring challenges, Lindsey drives alignment from strategy through execution. She ensures that engagements move with pace and precision, while maintaining a high bar for quality and experience across both clients and candidates. 

In addition to her client work, Lindsey is the co-founder of BOLD HR, an event that convenes biotech CHROs to share insights, strengthen leadership, and build community across the industry. 

Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, Lindsey held a range of leadership roles at FactSet Research Systems, where she progressed from Consultant to Regional Consulting Director. She holds a B.S. in Quantitative Economics from Providence College and an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Transformation from Boston University. 

Lindsey lives in Wenham, Massachusetts, with her husband and two children. Outside of work, Lindsey loves traveling, spending time on the soccer field with her kids, and going to the beach.
