Bio
Kaye is a Project Manager at The Bowdoin Group, where she plays a central role in delivering a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. She leads the planning and execution of large-scale on–site interview events, partnering closely with clients to ensure every detail is thoughtfully managed and aligned with the broader search strategy. Known for her precision and coordination, Kaye ensures that processes run smoothly across all stakeholders, maintaining a high standard of execution from start to finish.
Kaye also contributes to a range of client-facing initiatives and ad-hoc projects that provide strategic value, supporting teams in ways that extend beyond the traditional scope of search delivery. She is widely recognized for her reliability, adaptability, and ability to elevate ineffecient workflows.
Prior to joining Bowdoin, Kaye spent seven years at Isaacson, Miller, a national executive search firm focused on recruiting leadership for mission-driven organizations. There, she held roles across search administration as well as marketing and business development, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the search process.
Kaye earned her M.A. in International Relations and Religion from Boston University and her B.A. in Comparative Religion from the University of Michigan. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and drawing.
