Jordan is a Senior Associate at The Bowdoin Group, where she plays a key role in driving momentum across the search process from start to finish. She partners closely with search teams to build and refine target talent pools, identify and engage high-impact candidates, and bring structure and clarity to complex searches.
Jordan is known for going beyond the immediate search to map the broader market, proactively tracking talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring dynamics to help clients make more informed decisions. Her detail-oriented approach and commitment to staying ahead of the market allow her to deliver thoughtful reporting and insights that keep teams aligned, reduce uncertainty, and move searches forward with confidence.
Jordan graduated from The George Washington University, where she earned her B.S. in Public Health. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
