Gabrielle (Gab) is a Senior Consultant at The Bowdoin Group, where she supports executive searches and team build engagements across healthcare and life sciences. Since joining the firm in 2020, she has grown into a trusted partner to both clients and candidates, known for her strong execution and commitment to delivering a high-quality, thoughtful candidate experience.
She began her career at Bowdoin in research, building a deep understanding of how to move searches forward with speed, structure, and precision. That foundation continues to shape her approach today, allowing her to navigate complex searches, anticipate challenges, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the process.
Gab combines rigorous search execution with a genuine passion for the healthcare landscape, bringing energy and focus to every engagement. Gab graduated from Colgate University with a B.A. in Mathematical Economics and Psychology. Outside of work, she enjoys running, spending time outdoors, going to sports games, and trying new restaurants with friends.
