Bio
Bruno is a Research Team Lead at The Bowdoin Group, where he plays a key role in supporting both clients and internal teams throughout the search process. He leads candidate and client research, helping to identify and engage the right talent while building a deep understanding of each client’s needs and context. Known as a true team player, Bruno brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset to every search, and is passionate about ensuring alignment and momentum from start to finish.
In addition to his research work, Bruno contributes across data, operations, and broader reporting needs. He provides accurate, detailed reporting on search progress and delivers customized insights that help guide decision-making and keep stakeholders informed at every stage.
Bruno graduated from Dickinson College where he earned his B.S. in Mathematics, with double minors in Computer Science and French. Outside of work, Bruno enjoys the outdoors, working on graphic design projects, listening to music, catching up on shows, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
