Bio
Ariana Hegarty serves as a Research Team Lead at The Bowdoin Group, where she plays a critical role in the delivery process. She partners closely with clients and internal teams to understand hiring needs at a deeper level, bringing a highly organized, detail-oriented approach that helps drive consistency and momentum throughout a search. Ariana is especially known for her ability to operationalize complex projects, including coordinating and executing high-touch on-site hiring events that require precision, structure, and a strong candidate experience.
Ariana also leads candidate sourcing and talent identification efforts, ensuring that each search is grounded in a thoughtful, well-built pipeline aligned to the client’s business needs. Her ability to stay closely connected to both clients and candidates allows her to anticipate challenges, keep processes moving efficiently, and contribute to a seamless overall experience.
Ariana earned her degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, where she was actively involved in giving back to the Manchester community. She continues that commitment as a proud Big Sister through Big Brothers Big Sisters Massachusetts, where she values building meaningful, long-term connections.
Outside of work, Ariana enjoys traveling, exploring national parks, and spending time with friends and family. At home, she loves taking on DIY projects and relaxing with her cat, Dunkin, and her dog, Maisie.
