Anju Chenaux-Repond is a Search Coordinator at The Bowdoin Group, where she helps create a seamless search experience for clients, candidates, and internal teams. In her role, she supports the details that keep searches moving forward, from scheduling and communication to coordination across each stage of the process.
Before joining Bowdoin, Anju worked in clinical research, including as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Mass General Hospital in the Neuroendocrine Unit. With a background in neuroscience and patient-centered research, she brings curiosity, precision, and a strong understanding of healthcare and life sciences environments to her work.
Anju is a Bowdoin College graduate and enjoys being part of a team that helps companies build the talent they need to advance their work. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants around the city and spending time outdoors with friends.
