Aaron Harris is a Principal at The Bowdoin Group, where he leads strategic and executive searches, as well as large-scale team builds across biopharma and digital health. His work is focused on helping companies navigate critical inflection points by identifying and securing the leadership and talent required to execute. From early-stage builds to scaled commercial organizations, Aaron partners closely with clients to ensure each hire aligns with the broader business strategy.
Before joining The Bowdoin Group, Aaron specialized in retained executive search for scientific and medical leadership roles within Boston’s biopharma ecosystem as an Executive Search Consultant at the Higgins Group. Earlier in his career at HireMinds, he focused on placing scientists, engineers, and technical talent across both global pharmaceutical companies and emerging biotech organizations, building a strong foundation in the life sciences talent landscape.
Aaron holds a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Georgia and a BS in Biology from James Madison University. Outside of work, you can find Aaron running along the roads in Brookline or yelling at the TV during UGA football games.
