New Office Location Enables The Bowdoin Group to Focus on Growth and Investor Partnerships
The Bowdoin Group, an Executive Search and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm, recently moved to a new headquarters location in Boston’s Financial District to accommodate the team and continued access to the start-up ecosystem in the Health and Technology sectors. The new office space is four times the size of its previous location and highlights the view of downtown Boston and the Seaport.
“For us to better serve the innovation economy, our teams must have a space for collaboration,” said Scott Aldsworth, President of The Bowdoin Group. “This new office will enable everyone to work closely, host our clients, and focus on growing the skill set of our team to meet our ever-changing client base.”
The new office is at 125 High Street and will provide a modern and spacious environment for our team members to collaborate and work together more efficiently. With this expansion, we will be able to increase our capabilities and provide an even better service to our clients.
“Our business has continued to pivot through pandemics, recessions, growth phases, and changing industry focuses,” said Dave Melville, CEO and Founder of The Bowdoin Group. “Our impact comes when we partner with the VC and PE communities and innovators in the health and technology spaces. These industries continue to evolve, and we have continued to show agility and follow our clients where they need us.”
Over the last year, The Bowdoin Group hired a Head of People and Talent, rebranded the already established Executive Search and RPO organization, and will continue to support their clients from an office with a view of the country’s most resilient health and technology markets.
