Anastasia serves as a Senior Consultant at The Bowdoin Group, where she partners closely with clients on executive searches, RPO, and high-impact team builds across Life Sciences and Healthcare. Anastasia brings a level of strategic engagement that helps align teams, build momentum, and move searches forward with clarity and purpose. She is known for her collaborative approach, working side by side with leadership teams to understand the broader business context and translate it into thoughtful, effective hiring strategies.
Anastasia plays a central role across the full search lifecycle, from shaping strategy and advising clients to managing candidate relationships and driving execution. Her ability to balance strategy with adaptability allows her to navigate complex searches while maintaining a strong focus on both client and candidate experience.
Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, Anastasia specialized in clinical, regulatory, and commercial searches for Life Sciences companies on a global scale, further strengthening her ability to operate across functions and geographies.
Anastasia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Global Business from Eastern Nazarene College. Outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer, snowboarding, and exploring Boston.
