Isabel Stoddard

Isabel joined The Bowdoin Group as a Senior Associate in 2026. In this role, she supports the research team by contributing to target pool development, candidate research, sourcing, and data analysis to support search execution.

Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, Isabel spent 3 years at Alira Health, a life sciences advisory firm, where she supported pharmaceutical and biotech clients through market research, competitive analysis, and strategic insights across the product lifecycle. In addition to her client work, she actively contributed to a positive company culture by mentoring junior team members and supporting internal education initiatives designed to promote continued learning across the firm.

Isabel graduated from Bowdoin College in 2022, where she played collegiate ice hockey. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, attending live music events, and spending time with friends and family.
