Justin Endres

Bio

Justin has over 20 years of recruiting experience in Health, working closely with companies in the clinical development stage through commercialization. As a Managing Director, Health with The Bowdoin Group, he partners closely with clients to find high impact professionals in management as well as focusing on BioTech team build-outs, enabling firms to rapidly introduce products to market. 

With almost two decades of experience, Justin has successfully helped clinical-stage BioPharma clients identify leadership across all functional areas, including clinical, quality, regulatory, and medical affairs. Through the years, he has developed an expansive network of talented Life Science leaders in sales, marketing, and beyond, and has managed over 30 commercial build-outs and team expansions. Justin has also helped guide high-growth companies through their transformations through the firm’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. Justin’s passion for the BioPharma and Life Sciences industry has grown from his personal and professional experience, where he takes pride in building careers and growing companies.

Also an active member of his community, Justin works closely with RettSyndrome.org, a nonprofit that focuses on fundraising efforts to support research behind finding a cure for the disease. He serves as a co-chair for their annual Cape Cod Strollathon each summer.

Prior to The Bowdoin Group, Justin was an executive recruiter at Darwin Partners, where he was part of the Enterprise Quality Management group recruiting technical consultants for project-based initiatives. Before that, he served as a data analyst with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

Justin holds a B.S. in Business Management from Providence College and is married with three children where he lives on Cape Cod.
