Alicia McNeill

Bio

Alicia joined The Bowdoin Group as a Senior Consultant in July 2021, and was promoted to Principal in January 2024. With 20+ years of experience, she has dedicated her career in the healthcare industry to the Life Sciences and Medical Practice growth. Recruiting allows Alicia to follow her passion for working with companies providing patient-centric solutions.

Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, Alicia focused on contingency search at Compass Consulting Group, managing full life-cycle Account Management and Recruiting. Before working in the Talent search, Alicia had various positions as a Key Account Manager for Novartis, EMD Serono and Sciton, Inc.. She also spent a large portion of her professional career working for a specialty practice focusing her time in practice expansion, patient customer care, and patient advocacy.

Alicia received her BA from Mount Holyoke College. She is married with three children and resides in the Burlington, VT area. In her free time you can find her trying to catch up to her children on the ski trails in Vermont or cheering them on while they sail in the Vineyard Sound.
