Client Opportunity

Gemini Therapeutics is a biotechnology company pioneering precision therapeutics for patients with high-risk genetic profiles linked to dry age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and rare systemic diseases.

They partnered with The Bowdoin Group to help with their Vice President, Clinical Operations hire. This client’s goal was to engage with a candidate with experience with clinical trial study design, recruitment of patients for clinical trials, and cross-functional leadership skills.

• Demonstrates at least 15 years of clinical operations experience managing trials across a range of disease areas
• Deep understanding of clinical trial study design
• Proven track record recruiting patients for global/multi-site clinical trials across Phase 1 to Phase 3
• A big picture and strategic thinker, able to formulate a vision of the future state of the company

The perfect candidate:
