Nathan (Nate) Chubay is a Senior Consultant at The Bowdoin Group, where he plays a key role in driving search execution across a range of client engagements. Known for his ability to create an exceptional candidate experience and build strong, trust-based relationships, Nate brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every search.
He partners closely with both clients, candidates, and internal teams to translate search strategy into action, combining market insight, operational rigor, and clear communication to maintain momentum and deliver results. His work spans executive and strategic searches, where he contributes to talent identification, candidate development, client management, and overall search execution, while ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, Nate was a Research Associate within the executive search division at Robert Half, where he supported senior-level searches by providing market intelligence, research support, and talent insights across a range of industries.
Nate earned his B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, fitness, spending time outdoors, and creating music.
