Brynn Korpi serves as a Research Associate at The Bowdoin Group, where she supports our search teams through market research, talent identification, and analysis of the companies and leaders shaping the healthcare and life sciences industries. She brings strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative approach to her work, helping our teams navigate complex markets and develop creative, thoughtful solutions for clients.
Before joining Bowdoin, Brynn worked as a Global Business Associate at Wayfair, where she gained experience operating within a fast-paced, data-driven organization and collaborating across teams to solve business challenges.
Brynn graduated from Amherst College. Outside of work, she enjoys trying new restaurants, being active outside, and hanging out with her friends and family.
