CorEvitas is a science-first, real-world evidence provider of syndicated registry data and analytics, patient experience and insights, precision medicine solutions, and specialty EMR data. CorEvitas powers the life sciences industry with the most objective clinical insights essential to bringing safe and effective specialty disease treatments to patients. CorEvitas’ data are considered the gold standard in observational research and are used in over 140 peer-reviewed manuscripts and 430 abstracts. CorEvitas has conducted active safety surveillance to support regulatory commitments for 14 new drug approvals, including formal post-authorization safety studies.

They partnered with The Bowdoin Group to help with their Chief Technology Officer hire. The client’s goal was to engage with a candidate located in the Greater Boston area with experience in the digital health space (specifically working with clinical data-related enterprises) to lead its technology organization as a critical senior management team member.

The perfect candidate:

• Previous experience as a senior technical leader within commercial Clinical Data-related enterprises managing the data architecture strategy
•  Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment; with emphasis a solid strategic thinker 
•  Proven track record in successfully evaluating, building, mentoring, and managing technology teams
• Experience assessing, developing, and implementing change to a technology roadmap
• Experience with machine learning techniques and strategies

The TBG Process

• Build a list of digital health companies with clinical data-related products, and then identify all technology and engineering leaders at these companies
• Start in the Greater Boston area and expand to the Northeast as needed
• Network with leaders in the digital health space
