Axuall was founded by a team of serial entrepreneurs who have proven success through growing and scaling a range of high-growth data-focused businesses. The Axuall Team was seeking the company’s first Chief Technology Officer to lead and grow the product function within the business. As Axuall continued to grow and expand, the engineering organization needed to evolve and transform, and that’s where the CTO’s role came in. They needed a CTO who would work to empower others to innovate by maximizing efficiency across the team’s operations. They needed someone who would work cross-functionally, partnering and collaborating across the organization to create a consumer-focused software platform with a powerful user experience.

The perfect candidate:

• A proven engineering leader with experience as an executive technical manager, hiring and leading high-performing technology teams across high-growth companies
• Someone with experience building and scaling the architecture of an enterprise software platform, ideally from the MVP/Beta stage to commercially available
• Experience working with complex data; synthesizing, commercializing, working to drive an impact through data
• A hands-on leader willing to jump in and tackle technical problems
