Neal Goldman

Bio

Neal Goldman is a Partner at EaglePoint Advisors and has over twenty years of senior management experience leading and implementing strategic transactions with significant experience in high tech and consumer goods. Neal is also a Partner at Converge Venture Partners.

He is experienced in high tech and consumer goods in both growth and restructuring environments; has led teams and advised boards and owners on mergers and acquisitions and turnarounds where risk management, judgment and cost management were crucial; has negotiated and managed financial restructurings and complex reorganizations; and has developed strategies that monetized IP through high margin brand and technology licensing programs.

Neal has worked with startups to multi-billion dollar companies. He served as chief administrative and legal officer of Polaroid and 3Com where he managed HR, legal, corporate communications, strategy, business development and other administrative functions; and served as chief legal and regulatory officer of Skype.

Neal holds a JD from Suffolk Law School and BS/BA from Suffolk University.
