Bio

With more than 20 years of experience in executive recruiting across the Life Sciences industry, Justin specializes in helping high-growth, late-stage clinical organizations navigate the transition to commercialization.

Since joining The Bowdoin Group in 2002, he has led over 60 commercial field builds and numerous executive searches spanning Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Medical Affairs, Corporate Affairs, and Portfolio & Alliance Management. His work has supported some of the industry’s most innovative companies across rare disease and other complex, science-driven markets.

A trusted advisor to CEOs, CHROs, and Chief Commercial Officers, Justin is known for his thought leadership, practical counsel, market insight, and collaborative approach. He combines strategic guidance with hands-on execution, designing organizational structures and securing high-impact talent to accelerate growth and drive successful launches.

His expertise spans executive and strategic roles, including CEO, COO, CCO, CPO/CHRO, and SVP-level positions, as well as building field organizations that advance therapies and improve patient outcomes.

Outside of work, Justin is active in rare disease awareness and is personally committed to advancing Rett syndrome research. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from Providence College and lives on Cape Cod with his family.
