Rachel Norton

Rachel joined The Bowdoin Group in July 2025 as a Consultant. She is responsible for managing client and candidate relationships and working to attract, recruit, and evaluate executive-level talent across The Bowdoin Group’s Life Sciences, Digital Health, and Software & Technology verticals.

Rachel is passionate about supporting organizations through talent development and creating meaningful career journeys. Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, Rachel held roles in Human Resources and Talent Development at DCC plc, Keystone Strategy, LogMeIn, and Suffolk Construction, where she focused on leadership development, early career programs, and training operations across global teams.

Rachel earned her MBA from Trinity College Dublin and her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Bowdoin College. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
