Scott Aldsworth

President

Bio

Scott serves as President of The Bowdoin Group, bringing more than 30 years of experience leading and scaling technology and professional services organizations in high-growth environments. In his role, he sets the firm’s long-term strategic direction, managing the daily operations of the business to drive sustained growth and market expansion. 

Scott has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales organizations across Boston’s growth-stage ecosystem, driving both financial and operational scale within venture-backed and private equity-backed companies. Prior to joining Bowdoin, he served as Vice President of Sales at Radius Worldwide, where he helped scale the business from an early-stage startup into a private equity-backed global organization with nearly 1,000 employees.  

Earlier in his career, Scott was Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Interliant, where he led the completion of 28 acquisitions in just three years and contributed to the company’s successful IPO.  

Scott has also been deeply committed to nonprofit leadership, previously serving for more than 12 years on the Board of Trustees at uAspire, an organization dedicated to expanding college access and affordability for students of all backgrounds. 

Scott holds a B.S. in Finance from Babson College. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son in Boston’s Back Bay. He can often be found playing hockey at local rinks or cheering on his hometown Bruins.
