Bio
Jess Giorgio is a Research Associate at The Bowdoin Group, supporting search teams through market research, talent identification, and analysis of the companies and leaders shaping healthcare and life sciences. She brings strong research skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to approach complex work with empathy and attention to detail.
Before joining The Bowdoin Group, Jess worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator within Massachusetts General Hospital’s Cancer Outcomes Research and Education Program. In that role, she supported research exploring the development and testing of supportive care programs for cancer patients and survivors.
Jess graduated from Bowdoin College with a degree in Psychology and Education. Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickup basketball with friends, seeing live music, and spending time near the ocean and mountains of the Northeast.
