Dominic (Dom) Henn is a Consultant at The Bowdoin Group, where he partners with healthcare and life sciences organizations to identify, engage, and recruit high-impact talent. With over eight years of experience in recruiting, including seven years focused specifically on pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations, Dom brings a deep understanding of the talent landscape and the unique challenges companies face when building high-performing teams.
Throughout his career, Dom has worked closely with both candidates and hiring leaders to build trusted relationships and deliver thoughtful, effective recruiting solutions. His experience spans a range of commercial and corporate functions within the pharmaceutical industry, giving him a strong perspective on the skills, leadership, and talent required to drive business growth.
Known for his relationship-driven approach, Dom combines market knowledge, persistence, and a genuine commitment to understanding what matters most to both clients and candidates. He approaches every search as a partnership, with a focus on finding the right person, not simply filling a position.
Outside of work, Dom enjoys spending time with his wife Monica and their son Marshall, staying active, running, and cheering on the Indianapolis Colts and Indiana Pacers.
