Posted by Lauren Kendall on July 16, 2020
July 16, 2020 — Level Ex, creator of industry-leading medical video games for physicians, has added Tom Donnelly as its first Chief Revenue Officer, bringing more than 20 years of management experience in integrated healthcare marketing, advertising, and consulting to the company. Donnelly joins Level Ex from Evoke—a top 10 global marketing services agency that he grew from less than 10 to over 500 employees—which works with dozens of the largest life sciences companies in the industry. At Evoke, he was at the helm of nine-figure sales growth as the company’s Global Chief Growth Officer and President of North America.

As CRO at Level Ex, Donnelly will draw on his knowledge gained from working with the world’s top healthcare companies to drive commercial growth and client success. He will oversee multiple teams including pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sales and partnerships, customer success, and revenue operations.

Prior to his roles at Evoke, Tom was Vice President at imc2, where he led the New York and Philadelphia health and wellness practice. He holds a BS in Marketing and an MBA from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Why: Donnelly’s hiring comes as Level Ex enters its next chapter of growth—the company was recently acquired by Brainlab, a global digital medical technology company based in Munich, Germany. He will play a pivotal role in leading the company’s revenue-generating partnerships, driving value for clients and expanding its customer base by tapping Level Ex’s video-game product roadmap.
