Albireo initially reached out to The Bowdoin Group after realizing they needed additional recruiting help. They were looking for a partner that could manage the client interface as well as the full cycle recruitment process for fifteen active roles. Albireo looked to Bowdoin to help shepherd their managers throughout the hiring process while managing their active job postings and applicant tracking system.
