Bio

I’ve helped leaders and organizations launch and build strategies, approaches, and resources to begin, accelerate, and share their journey through being inclusive in thought and action. Always the inaugural person in a DEI-focused role, I’ve enjoyed exercising my entrepreneurial spirit and training to build everything from employee resource group development to cross-functional strategic planning initiatives.

I am passionate about using human-centered design, and innovation with an equity lens to build futures rooted in the most historically marginalized imaginations that stretch the collective capacity for growth and change. My superpower is facilitating inclusive processes rooted in deep empathy to create sustainable and valuable outcomes for mission-driven organizations.

In my current role as Hack.Diversity’s first Director of REDI (Racial Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) I am responsible for overall success and effectiveness of Hack.Diversity’s REDI programs including designing and executing interactive workshops with tech industry partners, elevating the practices of internal teams, and building coalitions to advance equity wherever possible.
