Jennifer Tran

Bio

Jennifer Tran joined The Bowdoin Group in April 2022 as a Senior Associate where she is responsible for providing operational and logistical support primarily to clients utilizing the firm’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services.

Before joining The Bowdoin Group, Jennifer worked in client-facing roles in the hospitality industry and the dental field with her most recent position as a Senior HR Associate in the biotech space. Being in Human Resources was where she found her passion in the candidate experience, onboarding, and delivering exceptional service to her employees, and now clients at The Bowdoin Group.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Umass Dartmouth. In her spare time, she loves creating calligraphy signs for weddings and events, enjoys crafting, binge-watching the Food Network, and whipping up yummy baked goods.
