Grace Rayer

Grace joined The Bowdoin Group as an Associate in September 2023. In this role, she supports search teams across the candidate lifecycle with target pool research, candidate sourcing, and data aggregation. Her responsibilities also include providing detailed reporting for our clients to help provide insight into overall progress across our searches.

Grace graduated from Colby College with a B.A. in Education with a minor in Anthropology. In her free time, Grace loves spending time at the beach in her hometown, Kennebunk, Maine, long walks, skiing, and hanging out with her friends and family.
