Grace Coutu

Grace joined The Bowdoin Group as an Associate in July 2021, grew to a Senior Associate in January 2023, and was promoted to Consultant in July of 2023. In this role, she supports search teams across the candidate lifecycle with target pool research, candidate sourcing, and data aggregation. Her responsibilities include providing detailed reporting for our clients to help provide insight into the overall progress across our searches.

Grace graduated from Colby College with a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology, and a minor in Human Development. In her free time, Grace loves spending time with friends and family, being outside, and exploring new places.
