In her role as Associate Director of Community & Curriculum for Hack.Diversity, Tori has her hands in all things Hack.Community. Tori supports the Fellowship experience from recruitment to alumni transition, and routinely fires up Hack.Diversity to grow with an eye toward alignment with our values and mission. Tori oversees the design and execution of Hack.Diversity’s Racial Equity, Diversity and Inclusion curriculum. Invited by a mentor to support a college access program in the summers, Tori’s passion for access started in high school. After studying philosophy and international conflict (debating why people do what they do), she spent 5 years at Year Up developing a deep love of coaching and program strategy. When Tori isn’t fostering the next wave of tech talent, you can find her hanging out in the South End, training her dog Beacon, or conquering hills on the spin bike.
