Rachel is a Principal at The Bowdoin Group, and is responsible for leading searches predominantly within the Software & Tech and Digital Health practices. In her role, Rachel attracts, recruits, and evaluates individuals for senior-level strategic and executive searches while managing existing and developing new client relationships nationwide. She has worked on numerous product, finance, and marketing/sales leadership roles during her time at the firm, including the SVP of Product Management at Interactions, the CFO at Gym Launch, and the Chief Growth Officer at Tamr. Rachel is passionate about partnering with mission-driven companies as they rapidly grow within their industry.
Prior to Bowdoin, Rachel spent eight years in the non-profit space working in Talent Acquisition for Higher Education and K12 institutions. She is also an alumna of Teach For America.
Rachel holds a B.A. in Anthropology and English from Tulane University and an M.B.A. from the Freeman School of Business (Tulane). She also holds a Diversity & Inclusion Certification from Cornell University. Rachel is the founding co-chair of Hack.Diversity’s Young Professional Board and also serves on the Anti-Defamation League’s Associate Board. Rachel calls Boston’s South End neighborhood home and you can also find her teaching virtual indoor cycling classes.
