Associate, Research & Operations

PJ Davis joined The Bowdoin Group as an Associate for the Research and Operations team in February 2019. In this role she manages candidate sourcing, logistics, and market/company research for multiple retained searches and projects at a time. Through this, she provides accurate, detailed reporting on searches’ overall progress and provides custom reporting and insights when appropriate. In addition to this, she assists with overall account operations and creates marketing kits for conferences and client visits. Through internal library and primary research, PJ also creates job descriptions for retained searches and supports new client development activities including market research, proposals, sales collateral, and branding.

Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, she was a Project coordinator with MovePlan Group, a move and change management company specializing in corporate relocation and new ways of working.  Prior to MovePlan, PJ was the Assistant Director of Admissions at Landmark College in Putney, Vermont. Before transitioning to the recruiting industry, PJ spent many years in the equine industry as a trainer and farm manager.

She has earned a M.S. in Non Profit Public Organizational Management from Lesley University after earning a B.A. in History and Government from Sweet Briar College. In her free time, PJ enjoys competing her horse Shocktop, exploring the outdoors with her dog Thunder, and spending time with family and friends.
