Emily serves as the Head of Marketing at The Bowdoin Group, an executive search firm focused in BioPharma, Digital Health, FinTech & Financial Services, and Software & Technology based in Greater Boston. She is responsible for developing and running all strategic marketing, branding, PR, and partnership relations for the firm.
Emily previously worked at Progress Partners as the Head of Marketing. There, she oversaw all marketing activities, including press releases, public relations, site management and development, email marketing, event coordination, and corporate communications, working closely with the Senior Managing Directors to drive increased brand awareness and business development. She also managed HR and recruiting efforts, including Progress Partners’ internship program.
Prior to joining the Progress Partners team, Emily worked for AllModern.com, a lifestyle brand of Wayfair LLC, specializing in category and supplier management. She graduated magna cum laude from Hamilton College with a B.A. in Psychology with honors. In her free time, Emily plays basketball, windsurfs, and volunteers for Boston’s Read to a Child program. She currently leads Bowdoin’s Culture Committee, serves as a co-chair for Raising A Reader MA’s Emerging Leaders Board, and is a member of The Ad Club.
