Manager, Research & Operations

Dillon joined the Bowdoin Group in 2011 where he currently serves as a Research and Operations Manager. He is responsible for managing the company’s research and data team, ensuring the application of a targeted research strategy to identify candidates whose backgrounds are a strong match for our clients’ needs. This includes hiring, training, conflict management, career planning, and development. For all projects and assignments, he is also responsible for resources planning, capacity bandwidth, and overseeing client deliverables. Dillon also manages our IT infrastructure and conducts technology trainings for the company, including refreshers and new product/enhancement. 

Dillon joined Bowdoin as one of the company’s first Research Associates and worked on candidate sourcing, logistics, and market research for retained searches and projects. During Dillon’s time at Bowdoin, he has grown the research and operations function into a dedicated team to support our recruiting deliverables. Dillon is also a founding member of the Bowdoin Cares team and takes pride in driving a positive and inclusive culture at Bowdoin. 

Prior to joining The Bowdoin Group, Dillon worked for Nationwide Research Company as a Research Supervisor and Spurwink Services as a Residential Milieu Coordinator. 

Dillon earned his B.A. in Business Administration from St. Francis Xavier University. He also participates in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts program and volunteers at Nativity Preparatory School.
